Our family absolutely loved waking up to the ocean view. They all feature a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, 12-foot ceilings and large windows, a fireplace, a living room with flat screen television and DVD player, dining table, an outdoor deck and BBQ, washer and dryer and soaker tubs in the bathroom. The proximity to Tonfino and beautiful Long Beach just steps away is very convenient, fun & relaxing. To the left is proposal rock and the ghost forest (very cool at low tide). 
Everything was absolutely wonderful! The beach houses can sleep between two and eight people comfortably. As we are now in the Peak season, we do not have any discounts. Wonderful. Yes, Pacific Sands Beach Resort has Wi-Fi available to hotel guests. The accommodations were great would love to stay again. Lincoln City is so close it was easy to venture out and shop/eat etc. Definitely would stay here again given the chance. When the sun was out we had the balcony for viewing and an amazing part if the west coast to beach comb. We had a great time at our condo. Just booked a suite for July 25 but really looking for ocean view, not garden view. We never (needed to) see management and check in/out was easy (after some apprehension the first time) but they really looked out for us, I just wasn't used to NOone on property. Go to Lincoln city to stock up on supplies before you arrive. I spent my 45th birthday with my Mom here! The furniture was nice the beds great. A new shower head and shower doors would make a world of difference for a group's stay - the bathtub shower hardly works and the glass doors are rusted in place. The unit is very spacious with lots of kitchen supplies. Only complaint -- not enough lighting in the living room for evenings.
